You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MythZodia, email: support@mythzodia.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or via the withdrawal button in your dashboard under "My Account").
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this refund.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun the execution of the contract after you have expressly consented and at the same time confirmed your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract.
The easiest way to withdraw is through your dashboard: Sign in, go to "My Account" and click "Withdraw Now". The refund will be processed automatically within 5–10 business days.
