We use Stripe, Inc. for payment processing. Payment data (credit card details etc.) is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate horoscopes. The following data is transmitted to Anthropic: first name, zodiac sign, date of birth, and optionally time/place of birth. Anthropic does not permanently store personal data. Anthropic's privacy policy: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.
Legal basis for the transfer of personal data to Stripe and Anthropic in the USA: EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
Users may optionally link Telegram as a delivery channel for horoscopes. In this case, the following data is transmitted to Telegram: Telegram Chat ID and horoscope messages. The operator is Telegram FZ-LLC (Dubai, UAE) and Telegram Messenger Inc. (British Virgin Islands). Data processing may occur outside the EU (Dubai/United Kingdom). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (Consent – the user actively links Telegram themselves). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by unlinking Telegram in the dashboard. A future expansion will include horoscope delivery via WhatsApp. Delivery would be handled by Twilio Inc. (USA). Before activation of this channel, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and user consent will be obtained.
Our servers are located in Germany/EU. No personal data is transferred to third countries, except via the processors mentioned above.
A presence on social networks (Facebook, Instagram) is planned for the future. Before establishing these channels, this privacy policy will be supplemented with the relevant information regarding data processing and responsibilities.
We only use technically necessary cookies. No tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies are used. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional web application).

You can delete your account at any time with one click in the dashboard. Upon deletion, all personal data is irrevocably removed (profile, horoscopes, settings). An active subscription is automatically cancelled at Stripe.
