§ 1 Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the MythZodia service (hereinafter "Service"),
operated by Jürgen Haslbeck, Ringstr. 18, 94121 Salzweg, Germany (hereinafter "Provider").
§ 2 Service Description
MythZodia is a subscription service that creates personalized, AI-generated horoscopes
and delivers them via email to registered users. The service includes:
- Daily or weekly personalized horoscopes based on the user's zodiac sign
- Choice of four different tones (mystical, motivational, humorous, spiritual)
- Delivery via email at the user's chosen time
- Optional delivery via Telegram as an alternative channel
- Access to the horoscope archive in the personal dashboard
The horoscopes are generated using artificial intelligence and serve entertainment
purposes only. They do not constitute life advice.
§ 3 Registration and Contract
- Registration is done by entering a valid email address and confirming via Magic Link.
- The contract is concluded upon completion of the payment process via Stripe.
- The minimum age for use is 16 years (Art. 8 GDPR).
§ 4 Prices and Payment
- Current prices are:
- Monthly subscription: EUR 2.99/month
- Annual subscription: EUR 29.99/year
- No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation). All prices are final prices.
- Payment is processed through Stripe. Common payment methods are accepted (credit card, SEPA direct debit, etc.).
- Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
§ 5 Free Trial
- New users receive a free trial period of 7 days.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring any costs.
- After the trial period, the selected subscription automatically becomes paid.
§ 6 Cancellation
- The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- The annual subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation is done via the dashboard or by email to contact@mythzodia.com.
- After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g BGB (German Civil Code).
Withdrawal notice: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within
fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date
of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jürgen Haslbeck,
Ringstr. 18, 94121 Salzweg, email: contact@mythzodia.com) of your decision to withdraw from
this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email).
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall
reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days
from the day we received notification of your withdrawal.
§ 8 Liability
- The horoscopes serve entertainment purposes only. The Provider assumes no liability for
decisions made based on the horoscopes.
- The Provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence
is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations are violated.
- The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Maintenance
work and technical issues may lead to temporary outages.
§ 9 Data Protection
Information about the processing of personal data can be found in our
Privacy Policy.
§ 10 Account Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time via one-click in the dashboard. All personal
data is irrevocably removed. An active subscription is automatically cancelled.
§ 11 Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of changes
via email. Modified terms are deemed accepted if the user does not object within four weeks
of receiving the notification.
§ 12 Final Provisions
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
- The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Passau.
- Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining
provisions remains unaffected.
